No seriousness We're looking for an investment property, and every weekend we travel to Orange, Marion, Lake, Osceola, or Polk counties trying to find a property that fits our criteria. We thought we had found one. On 7/29/2023, we traveled from Fort Lauderdale 33326 to Orlando to see a property listed for sale. We contacted the realtor in charge of the property located at 3765 Rambling Rose Ct, Orlando FL 32808. Our pre-approval aligns with the property, which we communicated to her. She mentioned that she was busy that Saturday due to a closing sale and scheduled us for a viewing the next day, Sunday 07/30/2023 at 11:30 AM. However, she called on Sunday at 10 AM to inform us that the owner didn't want to sell to investors, but to a family who would enjoy the house. She didn't mention the
