I like this complex so much.I applied for an apartment. Keisha was a great leasing agent. She took us all around the property. There was activity going on everywhere. Tenants are encouraged to participate in activities and decorate around their apartment doors. I think I will be very happy here.

5 Stars for the wonderful service provided by Keisha. Shout out to her for holding me down and professionally and patiently helping me with answering my Qs and being so informative. I am looking to forward to our scheduled tour with my Aunty, Keisha made it very convincing for me to pull my Aunty out the house to check out your community. Thanks again Keisha for your service and we can't wait to drop in. Somebody give her a promo or raise or something cause she good!!

Stopped by yesterday and talked to Tina and Keisha about an apartment for mom sometime in June. Really liked both ladies and the place, I think mom will love making new friends, everyone was so nice.

I am currently a resident at Hometowne at Tomball complex. I’ve been living here for 4 years. Tina Bateman is the Regional Manager at this location and other locations. Despite her really busy schedule; she doesn’t neglect her responsibilities to the residence at this community. Tina has been professional and considerate. The staff at this community are helpful and friendly. I have no doubt that they are influenced by Ms Tina’s training. She takes care of her residents needs. Thank you Tina.

I am extremely frustrated with the management at HomeTowne @ Tomball after my truck was towed while I was visiting my mother. The parking spots in question are not marked in any way—there are no signs indicating “no parking,” “reserved,” “resident parking,” or any guidance for visitor parking. With no clear signage, there was absolutely no way to know that parking there was not allowed. Tina, the manager, has been completely unwilling to help. She stated that residents are expected to inform their guests where they can and cannot park, even though the residents themselves were unaware of this rule. Because of this poor management, I was forced to pay $420 to retrieve my truck. This situation was unfair, avoidable, and handled terribly. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
