Michelle knew there are toxic gases coming into the house. People die from septic tank gases. I was very very ill. All Michelle cared about was getting another renter in there that was not smart enough to figure out why they were getting sick. She kicked me out instead of getting the septic tank fixed. I called the previous tenant. The couple had the same problem. There were a few places the gas came into the house. One was under the kitchen sink. The filter line was hooked into the septic side of the p-trap. I would like to file a criminal charge for assault if anyone knows how to do that.

One couldn't ask for a better group to handle your real estate needs. Majority of rental companies only care about the homeowner. Hometown Advantage is absolutely not like that. They care and are quick to assist! Im definitely looking forward to working with them as I join the homeowner phase of life!!! We appreciate YOU ALL, THANK YOU!!!

Michelle Claborn is horrible. She racially stereotyped me and my niece yesterday when we went to look at the condo for rent. I didn't even get a chance to ask a question when she turned and looked at me and said " WE DO NOT TAKE VOUCHERS " I was thrown back by the comment and said I don't have a voucher she then again said " OK I AM JUST LETTING YOU KNOW WE DON'T TAKE VOUCHERS. I proceeded to get an application and when more people were entering to view Michelle said " Why don't you go outside and fill it out " unbelievable !!! Michelle Claborn your comment was uncalled for and very very inappropriate - stop looking at the color of peoples skin and treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Had a great experience in buying our home. Michelle is very knowledgeable about the area and a delightful person to do business with.
