This is a super efficient, professional, results oriented business. We needed to move quickly to get our son enrolled in Blakener Elementary school. We lost out on a property that we really wanted, and I was discouraged. Then this shining star, beacon of light introduced herself to my wife. It was Polina with Homestead. We had scheduled a viewing for another property. Polina was so good, she listened to my wife, understood our needs, and offered to show us a different property that would be perfect. Well…… literally 8 days later, I am writing from our new home, a beautiful 3 bed 2 1/2 bath end unit TH. From application, to lease up, to answering a question or 8, Polina took care of everything. Liam our property manager called to make sure I understood the addendums and lease in general.

Marissa is the detail oriented, responsive property manager I had ever worked with. she picks up calls or replies messages even during weekend for questions and promptly solves issues. she is well experienced and does her best to serve the clients. She is the one who you like to rely on!

These people are thieves. We moved out of the house we rented from them in April and have still not received our security deposit back, clearly violating Florida statute 83.49. When they finally bothered to respond they said they mailed a claim to me, only to find out they sent it to the rental property address, where I no longer live, and not to the forwarding address I put in my Notice to Vacate. When I pointed this out, along with the fact that the mail only had to travel 40 minutes away and was obviously lost, they smarted off that they couldn't control the postal service. It takes days for them just to answer simple questions, and those answers are usually brush-offs. They won't even tell me what's in the claim, likely because it's egregious, nor will they email it to me so I can resp

I highly recommend you do not do business with Homestead Realty. The Property Manager Marissa McClung is one of the most unprofessional and manipulative Agents I have ever dealt with in my life, she never picks up the phone or answers calls or Texts just read the other reviews here. I was basically forced to leave the rental unit due to ridiculous Raises in Rents, they attempted to double our rent in the span of just 1 year, thankfully I moved on and bought my own home instead. Upon our lease Ending she made sure to over exaggerate many repairs and even included repairs that the owner would normally be responsible for such as Wear and Tear, Air Conditioner Maintenance, etc. They will do everything in their power to give you as little of your Deposit back as possible when your lease is

It has been a complete nightmare experience working with them. They will charge you $100 fee just to deliver a letter to you. READ every word of your lease because they are corrupt, unorganized, greedy, uncooperative. Your concerns will never get addressed, they won’t even call you back! Marissa is almost evil in her ways of dealing with others. Do you due diligence, read all the reviews & run run run the other way before you dare to sign with Marissa McClung & Homestead Realty!!!
