Homestead Garden

My husband and I looked at a three bed, two bath apartment today with Cassandra. She absolutely wonderful! She answered all of the questions that we had and was extremely pleasant to chat with. Although we will not be moving to that location, I highly recommend requesting Cassandra to work with if you have any interest in that community!

Service was good. Would have been nice that the issue would have been addressed sooner. Weekends are a time when people do their laundry to prepare for the coming work week. Thank you!

Because I seam to have upset a few place's, I will not comment. Aculy I will. I only work at the schools across the street. What I will say, all though it took some time. They upgraded the outside and it's great. They keep up on a nice lawn and sidewalk, parking lot. Based on just that Id recommend.

Donna, the Resident account specialist with Homestead Gardens and Centerspace is amazing to work with. She helped me tremendously with my new lease extensions ! and transition to a new location. Very nice area and staff! We ended up going with a different complex that better fit our furniture, but Cassandra was a great help and provided an excellent tour of the property, answered all our questions, and gave insight into Rapid City!
