Its a good community apartment complex. Just minor things needs to be fixed. Overall it’s excellent for you and your family to live here. I’ve been living here, almost 5 years and have no serious problems.

Raising rents for this dump? Gate never works and this is how it really looks. Slum lords!! Pizza places won't even deliver there because they get robbed. Where is all this extra money going? Not into any maintenance for the property. Shameful

I love my community here but my issue was not resolved because my AC is still not working properly and I didn’t notice until I got home around 7 pm.

I recently had to call maintenance for a small issue with my toilet. It was taken care of the following day. And I have not had a problem since. They have a great maintenance staff that keeps everything running smoothly.
