Homestead Apartments

I moved into The Homestead apartments almost a year ago. From my first tour of the property to move-in day, it’s been the best experience. The office staff is wonderful. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient.The lawn crew is great and friendly as well.I feel safe. I have a beautiful newly renovated apartment. I have a great view from my patio and a walking path right outside my door. We have a full gym, pools, playgrounds, basketball courts and dog parks. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. I plan to be here for a while, it’s home.

I've lived here for over 7 years. This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. I love the walking trail and dog parks. They are very fast at responding to maintenance requests. I haven't had any major noise issues. I like all the trees near my apartment too. One negative is I do think they need to put all apartment numbers on both sides of buildings. I've seen delivery people give up when they can't find an apartment. That's the reason my rating is 4 stars and not 5 because it is a huge issue. This summer myself and someone else were told management was looking into this but nothing has happened.

This is easily the best apartment I toured! The leasing agent was outstanding,she answered all your questions and more! I love how spacious the apartments are. It resembles a hotel and it feels so homely! This is definitely on top of my list of places to rent!! The management makes you feel apart of the community. Great neighborhood,all around a great place to tour if you’re looking to rent!

I’ve been living at Homestead for almost 2 years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience from day one. From my very first phone call to inquire about the property to touring with Alex and moving in, everything just felt right. What really makes this place stand out is the people. It’s rare in the leasing world to see the same friendly faces over time, but Alex (the leasing manager) and I also believe that the property manager have been here long before I became a resident. They’ve never lost that welcoming energy and always go out of their way to take care of residents, it’s such a refreshing change from other places where the friendliness disappears after you sign the lease. Alright alright alright y'alllllll! Here goes my rant! I lived in The Homestead community for 7 years and I have nothing but positive things to say. Let me start with the apartments... I lived in three different units/two different floorplans. My 1-bedroom was the Redbud and I absolutely LOVED it. Perfect space for 1 or 2 people. The 2nd floor has vaulted ceilings in addition to the huge bathroom. It was really homey (and I've lived in previous communities where this wasn't the case). The vaulted ceilings came in handy during Christmas time as I always wanted a tall tree! The community is gorgeous. I utilized the walking trail every day, especially during quarantine/WFH times.
