My sister lives there. They have New Management and she is wonderful. They put new appliances, rocks and plants. It looks very nice over there

Very poor management skills, the property manager threatened to evict the same day if my mother in law didn’t get a document they lost, she has provided this document several times and for some reason they always lose it. The lady is very rude and uses the tenants age and scare tactics to get things she’s to lazy to request herself. The property manager uses her position as a form of abuse and mistreatment. This is an elderly and disabled living facility and our elderly are mistreated by people who abuse their position. There are better ways of speaking to people to request what you need and the importance of the document needed that they lost quite a few times now not threats and intimidation.

The maintenance is well taken care of by Martin, and everyone seems to be friendly, but watchful of the premise. I enjoy going over to visit my friend and feel right at home with the tenants.

The low posting comes from a former tenant. She was filthy racist and rude. She's only mad because she left her apartment filthy and didn't receive her full deposit back since all carpeting and tile needed replacing. Both were replaced while she lived there . Very nasty person. Rude and demanding in the most demeaning of ways. So i would take geneva a's review with a grain of salt. She hates the place so much she comes back to crash at another tenants apartment often. What a flake

I lived in the development for 4 yrs. It looks good but beware. If u want to be treated like a 2nd class citizen this is the place for u. They don't fix anything unless it's falling down. Always in ur apt inspecting. Leave demeaning notes. Alw a ys changing the rules. The upper deck is unsafe, the floors sqeak. Took them 2 yrs to replace defective cabinet tops. Here's the kicker when u move out the make u pay for the repairs they should have done at their expense. Blacks are welcome if u stay invisable. Nasty nasty owners and now poor management. Returns no deposits . RENTERS BE WARE!!!
