Coolidge Station Apartments

Clean Apartments, but charged me an extra $250 bucks in hidden fees. They charge you $50 for just having an in unit washer and dryer, although they don’t give you the option to opt out. The apartments are cheaply built, I had my tub facet shoot off and hit me in the face, not joking. I had my DoorDash stolen regularly. It’s “gated community” but the thing was broken more than half the time, so you were either locked out of your parking lot or it was ported open day and night. The advertised outside gym is a complete joke. The gym area is not much better with two broken treadmills and a small weight rack. Maintainance was pretty good. lived there not long ago I had cockroaches.mice. there is dog poop outside. Even when the lease says no animals allowed.. if I remember its apartment 106 that has dogs..pretty disgusting

I only gave 1 star because 0 is not an option. Don’t be fooled by how nice these apts look. They are roach infested & management says they don’t spray for bugs. What kinda mess is that?? Did not mention any of that during the lease signing. I asked if they had roaches they said no. I have seen soo many roaches it’s ridiculous. Soo mad I signed this lease!!!

I am a current tenant and have nothing but good things to say about the Coolidge Station Apartments. Brenda Britton is an amazing Manager who will go above and beyond to help you in any situation. My work orders are always completed when requested by a very professional maintenance man.
