Ruth Moreno is the type of employee companies should feel blessed to have representing them and customers like myself have felt relief from her being on the other line. On the few occasions I've had to call for concerns about my property, Town Square, she always showed compassion and was such a thoroughly helpful person. I wish she worked for my leasing office more than you know.

If I could give zero stars to Applewood Ranch Apartment Homes and HomeSpring Residential Services, I would. What they put my family through after my sister’s death was cold, cruel, and beyond anything a grieving family should ever experience. My sister died in her apartment, and instead of compassion or even basic human decency, the complex immediately launched “abandonment procedures.” Within hours the locks were changed, the door was sealed, and her own children a 17 year old and a grieving daughter were denied access because they were minors. No empathy. No flexibility. Just bureaucracy over humanity. We were forced to wait exactly 10 days, as if counting down to an eviction of the dead. I have left messages and sent messages through the website. I have called a number of times because I was left off the lease on purpose by a property they manage and still have received no communication or any type of help. It is sad that not one person cares enough that I was treated this way after 8 years of living on a property of theirs.

No trash service at La Stella Senior Living for the past 12 days. dumpster overflowing , trash on the floor dumpster area..the stench of 12 days of garbage Rotting in 100 degree weather permeates throughout the complex, & poses a Health Hazard to the residents. the Apts next door, LaPalmilla also owned by Home Springs has garbage picked up on a regular basis. this is the 2nd time in a couple of months that we have had to endure this health hazarfservice on a regular basis.. this negligence warrants immediate investigation service o regularly

Since the title popped up as HomeSpring Res Srv I'll rate that. It is a service that runs out of San Antonio and is property management to my apt complex..... and honestly they don't do a very good job managing. I have called before about an issue when I first moved in 3yrs ago, wasn't resolved, couldn't get a hold of anyone and no one contacted me. This time around, the apt office told me to call them and absolutely no response. I left message, tried calling several times, even emailed and nothing. Not even their outgoing message said anything about being closed early and it was what i considered an important matter. Lack of communication, worse thing to have as a property management 😕
