As a first-time homebuyer, I expected guidance, transparency, and support but my experience with Emmanuelle Furtado left me deeply disappointed and financially strained. Several serious issues occurred throughout the process: *My offer was increased without my consent, leading to a $15,000 appraisal gap I had to cover out of pocket. *I never saw the house in person until after I made my complaints. The deal was pushed through quickly, despite my repeated concerns about water damage, which Emmanuelle never investigated. *Promised repairs including a damaged screen door and ceiling water stains were never completed.
