If you are looking for a real estate agent to represent you, I would suggest looking away from Erika Jaegar. Let's start with the fact that in their minimum of 3% commission, she will cheap out on spending $300 for a professional photographer, and snap pics/video with her cell phone. While taking the photos, she gossiped about one of her other clients, rushed the entire process, and then proceeded to lie about how it would be described on the search engines. Don't walk away, RUN!

Just when I had given up on Realtors! Erika Jaeger came into my life! Absolutely Amazing! I need a rental ASAP! I was feeling lost I'm relocating all the way from Texas and was having a heck of a time finding a place! She helped me not waste money on application fees, took the time to video tour properties and show me every little detail! Amazing grace! 100% professional and 100% reliable! When I'm ready to buy she will be the first one I call!

I’d think twice before working with Brian Clark through this company. He was the selling agent on a house we recently closed on. First, we noticed that multiple things we had agreed upon to be fixed hadn’t (septic tank, broken window, backwards insulation). Then at closing, some keys were missing. We got no response from Brian for any of these issues. The biggest issue I have is that he did not put the home warranty under our name, so we have no way of using it (this was a selling point for us and made us feel better about purchasing an older home). We’ve been trying to contact him for nearly two months through his work phone and through the office. My realtor has tried to contact him too with no response. Extremely unprofessional.
