DO NOT USE BELINDA DICUPE I wouldn’t trust this realtor to sell a lemonade stand, let alone a house. From day one, they were unprofessional, careless, and downright lazy. They showed up late (when they bothered to show up at all), constantly acted like my time didn’t matter, and never once seemed prepared. I asked basic questions about the listings and they either made something up on the spot or admitted they didn’t know. Why even bother being a realtor if you can’t do the bare minimum? Their communication skills are abysmal. Messages went ignored for days, and when I finally got a reply, it was short, dismissive, and sometimes even rude. I recently completed my pre-licensing course on 11/4/2019. Candice Richards is an amazing instructor. I haven't attended school in over and decade and she made the transition so easy. The way that she breaks real estate down in a real life manner really helped with understanding the real estate terms. She even offered to help us with anything we didn't quite understand in an effort to make sure that we all excelled and passed the course. I would definitely recommend TriStar and Candice to anyone considering taking a real estate course.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Bowie home Smart office, and I was thoroughly impressed by its beauty and impeccable upkeep. The office manager greeted me warmly and graciously provided a spacious room for my closing. I am grateful for the opportunity to utilize this office and look forward to returning in the near future. Hal Wilson, an instructor with Tristar Academy, is Amazing!!! He is so thorough and knowledgeable! His personality made our class very engaging!!! I highly recommend this class!!!!

My only experience is with Lorie Woodruff, via Zillow, when inquiring about a roommate wanted in Greenbelt. I found her to be impersonal, guarded, lacking people skills, was rude and annoying.😞 When I asked to be removed from the e-mail list, associated with Zillow’s ad looking for a roommate, I received a reply stating that there is no list. She didn’t go above and beyond to offer any other assistance. She’s offered two Open House dates on a Friday between 5-7pm. I cannot make those dates and times. If they are eager to find someone, maybe set up an appointment with me? No! Let’s just keep doing the same old thing. Have another Friday night Open House. That’s my take! Hope it helps.
