Paying this group is almost impossible. I've been using my bank to pay bills for 15+ years and this is the first company I've run into a problem with. You send a check to their PO Box in Dallas and then they send it off to Idaho. I've only worked with them for two months since they purchased my mortgage. The first payment took them 7 days to cash and this one they claim didn't arrive. Each time you speak to them they push you to use their site and the "benefits" of using their system. The gentleman on the phone was telling me how poor my banks "checks by mail" are and yet I've never had an issue until now. BEST PART.... What financial service doesn't send out payment reminders these days? Really wishing I could transfer my mortgage to a company from the 21st century.
