Homes by Dickerson at Nexton

I had the pleasure of meeting Ann Turnbull and walking through all of the floor plans that Homes by Dickerson has to offer in Midtown Nexton. I was so impressed by the variety and stunning beauty of their homes! The build quality is phenomenal as well. Ann was fantastic, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and so kind! I highly recommend Homes by Dickerson and Ann in particular!

We have owned our Dickerson home for over 2 years. The day before a weekend we woke up with no heat. A local company we were using claimed the issue was related to installation. Since the house was 2 years old and an installation problem seemed questionable; and, as the solution quote was expensive, we contacted Dickerson for advice. Jonathan connected with Kelly Smith who deals with warranty and after sale customer service. Within a couple of hours, Kelly came to the house, had arranged for the installer to come assess the unit and determine the cause of the issue. Within minutes of arriving, a minor issue was resolved. Wow, what a great job the team at Nexton did. From start to finish Amanda and Josh helped me with my home and answered all of our Questions. Cinco was there at the house to answer all my construction questions and helped me add a few things. Thanks guys we love our house
