Lance is a workaholic. He literally is available 24/7 and he takes calls at 4am and 2am. He also (at his own expense) carried the power bill and painted my house. Plus, he removed the carpet, he fixed many broken things (bad tenant) as he is handy and takes on only customers he is very exclusive with his clientele. Lnace works high end homeland and surrounding equine communities. He is thorough and makes sure your always happy. I wont ever use anyone else.
