Yon promised a fully comprehensive and detailed pre-purchase inspection, and he sure delivered. I was on site for the inspection and he was very patient and explained what he was doing what he was looking at in the importance of each item. I received the report, and it was just as comprehensive, easy to read, and detailed as I expected. The action items are easy to locate in the report, simple explanation as to the nature of the finding, and generally a well documented inspection.

Yon does the most complete inspection you could get. He works with the builder and they respect him. Many times he found items that did not realize needed to be fixed. The peace of mind you get using him is well worth his fee.
