Lorraine is an honest pleasant person. It's hard to find fair landlords because most seems to be only about keeping deposits. If you clean, she will refund all. I highly recommend her.

We had to move due to a 5 month long TDY and even though we weren't technically covered by law to break the lease, Frank talked to the property owner about letting us break the lease without consequences. They let us move and got back our security deposit. Homefinder Realty made the rental process easy and the lease was only two pages long but was direct and clear.
