Homecoming at The Preserve (Phase C)

Just being honest—this is not the best place to live. I’ve shared reviews in the past and even spoke with a corporate manager, who essentially told me the issues we were experiencing—loud neighbors, constant parties, non-residents using the amenities, the smell of marijuana in the air almost every night, and trash scattered throughout the property—are simply “to be expected” in a large community. That’s a problem in itself. On top of that, we’re hit with large trash bills because others abuse the dumpsters. Many residents have complained about unsupervised children, open drug use, registered sex offenders, broken amenities, and poor unit conditions. People move in and out constantly, so it feels more like a revolving door than a true community. We spent $10,000 just to move back here from

Staff here is rude. No matter who you see on your property, "guest" or renter, always introduce yourself before raising your voice at someone about parking and remain professional at all times.

I loved the place but we broke our lease and left cause it was very ghetto sorry to say but the police were there ever week and I expected more of luxury living rather than what I’ve ever experienced. Very ashamed of Lewis Management. Do better.
