Amberwood Apartments

I absolutely loved living here the 4 years I was here. Had to move due to personal family issues but I would definitely go back if I needed to and hope they would have me back as well. They are fairly priced, understandable, never any real issues. I miss my apt it truly felt like home

Please do not rent from here. I've lived here about 7 years now. They only reason I'm still here it's because it's harder to find cheaper with everything going on. They raise every year. And there's always an issues. These people are unprofessional, lazy and rude. They always shut off the water apparently they always have maintenance issues every month, from what it seems. If something needs fixing in the unit, they take days, weeks and sometimes needs reminding, to fix it, most of the time it's seems like mickymouse work. The people upstairs flooded their unit and it came down and messed up our stuff. All they did was clean our carpet. They didn't even care to replace. And it took almost two weeks to just clean and dry my carpet. I'm almost 100 positive these wall have mold. And these

The neighbors are super noisy and can't control their TV's volume. They also like to party till very late, it is worse during the weekends. Can't even have a quiet Sunday morning and afternoon. We have to call the policy every night to ask them to be quiet or they will continue the noisy till pass midnight. We also asked the managers to talk to them but had no use. I can't even study at night. It is just horrible. Don't pick here if you want a quiet living environment.

Horrible place to stay. They are also implementing new orders starting September 1,2023 for this complex such as NO BALL PLAYING!! how ridiculous kids cant throw balls or kick soccer balls around it states! &Kids cant be loud , how do we control crying? They might as well make this complex for senior citizens HAHA. dont move here.

Amberwood is the best value property in Chino considering the rent, amenities and location. However, that's not the best part what I love about Amberwood is how friendly management and maintenance team is. Everything is managed formally yet with a personal touch. I have been living here for almost 3 years and haven't faced any major difficulty. I absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for non-expensive yet comfortable apartments to rent in Chino area.
