We've been renting from Home Solutions for 3 years now and we just wanted to say how promptly and professionally they have been with anything we've needed. With the recent cold weather, we found out that our heat wasn't working effectively. I sent a work order request in the morning, we were scheduled and seen that same day! That was amazing knowing we probably weren't the only ones with issues. We've only had minor maintenance issues over the years and they've always addressed and handled in a timely manner. We are happy to be renewing our lease again this year!

The entire team at Home Solutions is professional and very quick to respond. We've had direct interactions with Liz, Jennifer and Trevor and they are very happy to help, solve problems and they do what they say they're going to do. It's been a pleasure having their help and support and I highly recommend them!

I’ve had an awesome experience with Jennifer and Elizabeth. They have found qualified renters for me and I really like the thorough screening process. They have been incredibly professional, responsive and keep me updated on all maintenance. I highly recommend!!!

It’s funny how they have fake profiles under random names making fake good reviews about Elizabeth and Jennifer. Dealing with this property management company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Elizabeth and Jennifer were incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. Instead of helping resolve issues, they seemed more interested in dragging people down and making the process as frustrating as possible. Every question felt like an inconvenience to them. It’s honestly shocking how little respect or empathy they show toward tenants. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. There are plenty of places that actually value their residents and treat people with basic decency.

If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. As someone who deals would customers and clients all day, and having worked for a leasing company, I would never treat any one the way these people treat their tenants. They are a scam and will charge you on move out for stuff that is Illegal under Florida Law. They will try to price gauge you on move out fee's. Jennifer is the absolutely worst person that I have ever dealt with in a real estate setting. DO NOT RENT FROM HOME SOLUTIONS. I will be filling a small courts claim and filling a complaint with the BBB. Do not let these other fake profiles fool you.
