Funding was not timely for both the Seller and myself as the Buyer's realtor for the first transaction. Communication through the process was limited, received several error email messages from Microsoft when reaching out to assigned staff. We were sitting at the front reception desk for 15 minutes before anyone came to greet us. Funding was not timely for both the Seller and myself for the second transaction. Will not recommend to future clients.

This agency handled the closing of our new home purchase this past Friday, August 23, 2024. The process was smooth, easy and very efficient. Madeline help us out and she was excellent to deal with. Their communication the whole time was on point and made for a very stress-free transaction. They are very professional.

The entire team that worked with us on the purchase of our condominium was great! Lauren, Shawn and, of course, Mark were wonderful to work with and they made our closing happen. We were very nervous closing on a property without being there but they made us very comfortable by looking out for our interests and walked us through the process step by step.
