An absolutely poor excuse of a real estate company. The lady who answers the phone is the most rude and cruel person, and should NOT be working with customers on any platform. I have been told by management himself that I can park in the lot after 5pm and before 8:30am on weekdays for the entire 3, almost 4 years I’ve rented here. This morning I go outside at around 8:25 to see that my car has been completely BLOCKED IN by an employee! I called them and the phone lady told me “well, you aren’t supposed to park there, so we’ll move it when we can but we’re busy helping customers. sorry.” with a VERY crude tone. The employee who blocked me in KNEW it was my car! I told her how unprofessional and disgusting that behavior is and she hung up on me. There are SEVERAL empty spaces in the lot that

As someone who has rented from them several times, the customer service is absolutely terrible. When you call, each person has some sort of attitude that they have to be on the phone. It is off-putting and does not instill confidence in the company if they are quite short and rude in person and over the phone. Even as a renter, I am not allowed to go into the main office window. They make you stand outside and speak to them through 3 sheets of plexiglass like they need protection for the people paying them money. Every. Single. Time. I have never been disallowed from going into a building where I paid someone money. They act as if they don't know what's going on so I end up having to pull the information I need out of them, because they are not treating customers like people...

I have been a tenant for about 6 months. And in that time I have needed maintenance 2 different times. Each time that I called the office by 10am and by 2pm I had maintence fixing the problem. Doug provided outstanding customer service today. Thank you

I rent one of the 405 Spring Street apartments and have had no issues after living here for a few years. Everything works, they are quick to send people to fix things the few times I've had issues, and my rent is ~300$ less than my previous apt on Peace Haven and everywhere else I was looking when I moved. Now don't get me wrong, you get what you pay for. The building is old, the floors and walls are thin, the landlord painting special is on THICK, and the rent was 100 more than advertised on their site, but I'll take poor craftsmanship for new working appliances, nice location, and cheap rent. LASTLY, I wouldn't disregard the other bad reviews. They own TONS of properties both good and bad and the people in the office were a solid 4/10 when working with them to get me moved in. I can't

Moving in was very difficult, I went to the bank 3 times to get a cashiers check which cost $3-4 a piece because the lady told me the wrong price. Everything seems to stop working also fuse blew in the kitchen and I called maintenance the night it happened btw they don’t have 24 hour maintenance they’ll be there during business hours when they can no eta. Really inconvenient.. my electricity was out for about 10 hours during one of the most hottest summer days and that means no fans , couldn’t run an ac unit. I’m calling them letting them know my food is going to spoil and someone needs to get here asap and they say he has a few more jobs to do.
