The guy is a scam. Avoid at all cost. He makes up issues with a home and then recommends his buddies to rectify it (likely to get a share of contractor's pay himself). We had him inspect our home, he found "mold" issues everywhere after illuminating spaces with his magic flashlight for a second. Instead of calling his buddies though, we called the best mold remediation company in town for an evaluation. They actually did some tests (free-of-charge) and there is no mold anywhere. In fact, they recommended we scratch most of his recommendations and warned us against these "mold inspectors" that they had encountered many a time as most are a scam. We regret paying for Mark Fulmer's services - don't make the same mistake.
