Horrible business . They passed my house when it shouldn’t have. Almost everything in my basement wasn’t up to code. including my breaker my furnace everything. Total rip off. My realtor and this business rip me off just care for the money. My house could have been on fire for the inspections this guy passed. Like it’s crazy . I don’t recommend at all to nobody . First time home buyers and they played me BIG TIME!!!! so regret them and also my realtor. What a way to take advantage on first time home buyers. Smh

Terrible business. Don’t recommend at ALL!!!!! If u want a good house inspection don’t hire them. They will only care for the money and pass the house despite evrything that is wrong wit it. I regret them so much. Now I have to pay out of pocket evrything they have passed when it shouldnt be passed. PLEASE DONT HIRE THEM!!!!!!!! THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

If I could slap a giant zero-star sticker on this review, I'd do it faster than Marco's team missed the obvious issues with my new home. Trusting my realtor's recommendation, I went with Marco's crew for the inspection, and boy, was that a mistake. They somehow missed the fact that my furnace was basically spitting out carbon monoxide like it was confetti at a party. We only found out when the carbon monoxide alarms went bonkers on closing day. Oh, and let's not forget the hot water heater that was on its last legs, barely managing to keep the water warm for more than a quick rinse. Marco barely gave it a glance, which seems to be the theme here. And get this, the dishwasher? Yeah, it wasn't even connected to the breaker. How's that for thoroughness? I wouldn't go to them, the home inspector just walked through the house within 20 minutes and told us it's a good house. Come to find out the house is filled with lead and asbestos. Thank you realtor

Very poor home inspection. Failed the ac system but didn't turn it on. Failed the boiler because it didn't run but the thermostat was off. 25 pages of guessing and incorrect assumptions. Horrible attention to detail and complete lack of knowledge.
