We rented from Home in Laramie for over 3 years and had a great experience. Jordan and Abel were especially helpful when we had to make a sudden move for a medical emergency and were more than fair about returning our security deposit. We are grateful for the time we had renting from Home in Laramie and would do so again if we had the opportunity!

I rented a place from this company in July and they did not clean the unit I rented before I got here, the carpet smelled so bad I had to clean it myself and put down rugs to cover it up, there were/are stains all over the walls as they did not bother to paint or clean at all, they did not tell me about the mice problem here, or that the toilet sometimes backs up (I learned that from my next door neighbor who has lived in this complex for some years) they didn’t bother putting a battery in the smoke alarm in the kitchen, and they also didn’t bother telling me that there is a laundry room on site. There are holes in the walls that I was told would be fixed but that never happened, they’re still there. The complex was recently bought by a new owner and transferred to a new property managemen

I have had really good luck with this company! They are always friendly and attentive. Communication is great, If you have a concern or an issue they deal with it right away. Paying rent is a breeze, the extra fees and hidden costs are non existent. I would highly recommend renting through them.

I rented an apartment from Home In Laramie for the first year I was in town. They have an online portal that makes it easy to pay rent, get lease copies, report maintenance issues, and just communicate with the team. It’s a good use of systems. They had a good selection of apartments in multi-apartment units in nice neighborhoods. I got one that had just been renovated with all the new appliances I could want. Their portal handled auto-pay and auto stopped it when my lease ended. The lease says to get a professional cleaning done when you move out or Home In Laramie will get one. I chose the second option and they did that. It was under $200, which I consider reasonable for a professional service. I got my deposit back, minus the cleaning fee, with no hassle. I’d definitely rent from them
