I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this property management company. After moving out, we were charged a $200 cleaning fee despite leaving the property in thoroughly cleaned condition. The home was fully emptied before cleaning. We have clear video evidence documenting the condition of the property at move-out. There were no visible cleanliness issues that would justify an additional cleaning charge. When we moved in, the property itself was not spotless. It is frustrating to now be held to a different standard upon move-out. We did not agree to any cleaning charges, and the deduction appears unreasonable and unjustified. Tenants deserve transparency, fairness, and consistent standards.
