Feb 11 2026: Almost One Month after moving in and I would like to update my post. Holtzman Realty is a nice Property management company. Not all companies are perfect and I would argue that there aren't any perfect companies. But any company in todays society that can be shown their deficiencies tactfully, and respond in a way to correct them, all while maintaining proffesionalism is a great company. While Holtzman is not a perfect company, since my wife and I have moved into our Home they Have answered our every call for any and all issues we've found with our Rental Property. (I choose not to disclose any of those issues).... Though some of them should have had already been resolved prior to my wife and Moving into the property. Stationed at Ft Stewart in 1977. Had George and and his company manage the property upon my reassignment in 1979. The Holtzman group also, brokered my deal to sell the duplex in 1982 while deployed overseas. It went smoothly. (should have kept the property) I know things change over time with people, things, personalities. My experience with George Holtzman and company then, was pretty good. I am writing this review due to a flash back in a situation that brought my memories if company remained active, if George was still working.

Mr. Tim and his team worked diligently to find my family and I a place to live when we got orders to Ft. Stewart. Other rental companies in town didn't even answer the phone and did not return our calls, but Holtzman went to work immediately and found us a great place! There were a few minor issues with the home, but Holtzman sent a repair company out within a few days and everything was taken care of. Mr. Tim and his staff are the consummate professionals and I highly recommend Holtzman Real Estate Services to anyone trying to find a rental property in the Hinesville, GA area!!

Would not recommend renting from this company, if the home comes damaged when you move in they will try and stick you with the damage when you leave, they do not fix anything when you ask them to and well say that you have to get it fixed yourself and you can’t subtract it from the rent or you will be subject to a email in regards to your balanced owed , they won’t give you your full deposit back when when you haven’t made any damages other then cosmetic such as painting jobs. They also have a very rude and unprofessional management team that i would recommend changing.

Renting from Holtzman since 2017 has been a fantastic experience. The management and staff team, especially Ms. Kaely Walker, is always incredibly responsive and helpful. I also met Ms. Jayden Rogers who handles maintenance, etc is awesome as well. The staff communication to tenants is very effective and thorough. I received communication, updates, alerts, reminders, etc via both email and text message in which I absolutely loved. I loved living here, that's why I have stayed with Holtzman Realty for 8 years. The staff is very understanding and accommodating if needed and community here has a friendly and welcoming vibe. The home that I was renting was quiet, spacious, and well-maintained. Its a peaceful place to call home and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality living.
