Lara and Jeff are the best! Lara did an awesome job of walking us through the selection not our home, as well as the selection of all the upgrades and changes to the original floor plan. Jeff was awesome at helping us get our site ready for delivery and helping with after delivery issues. This was our second manufactured home purchase. Our experience with Holton Creek was by far the better experience! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

The homes are beautiful and we felt zero pressure as we were able to explore every inch of the homes we were interested in.
