Toured this building 3 years ego. Leasing lady was very rude and the apartments I saw was in bad conditions. Came back last month and meet Erwin, he was very professional and transparent thru the leasing process. He helped understand, not only the building rules, but recommend some of the best places to visit in the area. Great Leasing staff, best location and the building is under renovation so I came in the best time.
You call they don’t answer the phone you try to setup a appointment it won’t let you pick a day I don’t know what is going on but they need to do better
The office is never open and they never answer the phone .
Major rodent and pigeon issues.
