Just toured with Z, she was very tentative and illustrated everything beautifully. For me the price is high for what the property is. If these units were between 14-1500 I’d lock in a 15 month lease. However Z throughly explained what was available, the uniqueness for each unit. She was very well mannered and made me feel welcome. Hopefully my next place wherever I reside has someone of her caliber. Thanks Z for the time taken out for the tour! You truly were phenomenal in the experience. More of as to why I plan on not moving in. The units are very old, with internet hookups wall mounted with older equipment. Zeani is an outstanding leasing agent! She was incredibly helpful, informative, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. She made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and staying on top of every detail. Thoroughly disgusted with the way their representatives speak with people. They don't keep the grounds and the leaves are over the curb. They said when the leaves are off all the trees they will address it. They charge over 2K a month with no services at all. They do not have individual gas meters so your gas bill is never under $100. a month even in the summer. Then they charge residents for gas overages in addition to the monthly gas bill. I have not had my heat on for 8 months and I am paying for other people's gas. I do not recommend these apartments. If you are going to spend this much to rent at least find a place that actually maintains the property both outside and in.

Just moved in and had an issue with my refrigerator not working. The leasing office was very promt in getting someone out to fix it. Dale, the maintenance man, was very helpful in replacing the entire unit!

I just moved into the east building about 2 and a half weeks ago, i moved into an “upgraded apartment” which looks nice but the walls are PAPER THIN! You can hear everything! People talking, laughing, coughing, babies crying( which i don’t mind because i have my own) but i didn’t think that walls should be THAT thin. My one kitchen cabinet already broke and there is multiple screw marks all over where the cabinets should go. Also a main reason why i gave 3 stars is the amount of dog poop literally all over the place !! People do not clean up after their dogs!! It is so nasty!! i took my 3 year old and my puppy to the dog park and i picked up at least 10 full bags of dog poop bags just trying to clean it up a little!! it is all in front of our building, and it’s literally everywhere! you ha
