Holleman Crossing

I have lived at this apartment for around 6 months and have been impressed by many things the complex has to offer. Maintenance and management staff are very friendly and are willing to work with you! I had a rough experience moving in because of the previous management the apartment was under, but the new management got my situation sorted out nicely and were very accommodating and helpful. Maintenance is timely and does a good job at performing the jobs you ask of them. The study room the main building is really great for peace & quiet, and I love that they have whiteboards in all of the rooms. As a person who is going to be living in College Station due to University, it is very important to find a wonderful place to live in. Holleman Crossing is the perfect match for the necessities of a student. I toured this apartment complex with my friend and we were greeted very nicely by Kole. His good character and great manners allowed us to have a spectacular experience touring. He showed us all the amenities and a model room and was beyond kind throughout the tour. The study rooms were the best quality as well as the rooms being so spacious! Kole not only was very attentive, he was also very patient with us as there was heavy rain at the time. Thanks to him, we were able to choose Holleman Crossing without a doubt as our new home!

I have been living here since last August and have really liked it a lot. The management and people in the office are super nice and always happy to help. The maintenance is super speedy but do their jobs exceptionally well. It has been the best getting to know I don’t have to have any concerns when it comes to my apartment. They did recently install new backsplash in the kitchen and new stainless steel appliances which is cool!

I went in yesterday to tour a 4x4 at Holleman Crossing, and what an experience! From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and well put together. Huge shoutout to Sofia for making the whole process such a no-brainer. She was super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. She answered all our questions, walked us through every detail, and made us feel confident about our decision without any pressure. It was such a great tour that my buddies and I just signed our lease this morning and that should say something. If you’re thinking about living here, definitely ask for Sofia. You won’t regret it!

I’ve been living here since August, and my experience so far has been very pleasant. Of course, there are minor issues like anywhere else, but what truly matters is that the management makes an effort to address them — and they genuinely do. That’s something I really appreciate. I’ve already renewed my lease, and the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars yet is that I’m only two months in and would like to stay longer before giving all five stars. Anjolina and Lindsay at the office have always been helpful whenever I needed assistance. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and maintenance requests are handled promptly.
