The absolute worst place I've ever stayed in my life. The managers Adam and John are just rent collectors with no personality and no assistance any time I needed assistance. Stay away from this dilapidated dump at all costs.

I read the last guys rating and just had to leave my own because it's what you make it of course wherever you go, in some post they mentioned bugs and they exist everywhere. My thing was the time frame for an eviction because I left being I don't feel I'm a bad person and I know I was behind so they had a right, it's just, I never was disrespectful and I always went to work to make sure I would be able to pay so to say I did everything I could to be apart of a place that's rated mostly 1 out of 5, I'm baffled. Simply because I did everything I could and got a second job to be able to accommodate my price, I wasn't allowed the time frame. But I appreciated the stay because it's very cold outside and we all have a job to do.

Definitely hard to access, nevertheless, it is a DESCENT spot if you are starting over and don't really have anywhere else to go. It is Not a hotel, so mentally come prepared to furnish your own unit to make it suitable for you. There is a bed bug issue in some of the Units but if you are not bougie and are willing to make a trip to Lowe's or home Depot to remedy that issue in your unit, you will be just fine. the manager is a no-nonsense type of guy and he will certainly work with you. But understand this, he deals with a lot of unsavory type individuals so if he comes off being very harsh, he is not a prick it just goes with the territory. If I had to go back there I most certainly would. They have certainly made some improvements, the lower level units are a little better than the upst

Most disgusting place I've ever stayed. If you want bed bugs or if you're into roach bites then this is the place to be. Management lies and pretends they have no idea about the bug infestation but then you meet other tenants who have made the same complaint weeks before. HORRIBLE HUMAN BEINGS RUNNING THIS PLACE You'd seriously be better off sleeping in the woods by the railroad tracks

Amazing. Just a real treat a real find. All that's missing here is valet parking. Such a rich historical feel. With a year round view of almost domesticated wild Life that at time's almost seems tempted to invite itself into your home. The quality and notoriety of some of the local celebrities that have been known to live here give this beautiful and amazing real estate an edge when it comes to security. The police have been known to respond to any calls of distress here within moments. 🫣 My glass is always half full and I'm somewhat new to the area but that's the positive vibe it gives me.
