I met Rod and his team in 2017 for the purchasing of my first home. I did not have any doubts in my mind to approach him a second time on the selling of my home 7 years later. What a wonderful experience! As a single working mom, first time homebuyer and seller, I could rely on Rod’s honesty, integrity and expertise. My house went on the market in April and was sold end of May. The walkthrough scheduling was seamless and without any hassle. Closing took 15-20 minutes and again, a seamless process without any inconvenience.
