One of the employees at this company spent what felt like half of this morning harassing residents at Elan City Center, causing a massive disturbance for the neighborhood. The residents were moving in and he had an issue with where they had parked their truck. He was screaming and threatening to call Raleigh PD-over a parking dispute. This was not dealt with professionally and disturbed me and my neighbors during work hours. Completely unacceptable behavior.
