This company's hotel (Holiday Inn Express Norfolk) has authorized my card and will not provide proof it was released so I can send to my bank. Instead they sent me a blank receipt that shows nothing but personal information (attached below) This company is apart of IHG hotel and charges a hold when you reserve a room online and a completely new hold at the location. In my Instance it happend to be 2 different cards on a FREE rewards stay. The manager Carrie Rodriguez failed to provide adequate documents for me to send to my bank so now I'm out of $100. I definitely do not recommend this company and their hotels.
