To review my HOME is an interesting concept... but this place is so much more than just a place to live. The COMMUNITY is amazing, great people that are friendly and polite - with social gathering opportunties all the time. Management is very helpful and share information, making me feel informed and part of the big picture - This is a big place and there's always something happening - it's great have insight & awareness. The location is crazy... on the fox river for awesome nature hikes and wildlife enjoyment, a couple blocks off downtown College Ave for easy access to so many stores, restraunts, and activities. Not to mention there is always something happening in this thriving City - Ice sculpures / art down the ave, parades & fun family runs, to the best Saturday farmers market around.

An absolutely gem I am lucky to call my home! These apartments, the history, the management, the location…absolutely nothing but an amazing place to be. Unsure of the negative reviews, because the management and staff has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. Thank you Appleton and thank you Historic Fox River Mills for providing such a beautiful place to live!

Beautiful place to call home. Mackenzie and Marilee foster a lovely sense of community with occasional events as well.
