If you are looking for a real estate firm to work with I highly recommend His Unlimited Inc. of Amsterdam, NY. As a family owned and operated business they are unlike any other real estate brokerage I've know. When working with them you immediately feel like you are their highest priority. That's because they are laser focused on meeting your needs rather then doing what's easiest for them like some other companies. Understanding your desires and timeframe and getting you that result is what they are all about. I have been very pleased the several times I've used them and will use them again without hesitation.

Had an appointment to tour an apartment today, when I arrived I was told that the apartment was no longer available and was offered apartments 200-400$ over my price range instead. I wasted two hours of my day and had to wake up early, as I work at night, just to get to this appointment, and they didnt think to even call me to let me know it was no longer available. Completely unprofessional and very telling of their management style, I wouldn’t recommend working with them.

HIS Unlimited have been the best land lords I have ever experienced. We had an emergency 3 and a half years ago and needed a place to live immediately. Without hesitation Jay gave us an apartment for rent. That same year during Christmas they gave us a gift card for food. We really needed that. They are pet friendly which is very hard to find!!! The owners Jay and Karen are very thoughtful, understanding and patient people. We were really blessed to have found them. They fix whatever goes wrong in my apartment which only have been a few times. I can't express enough how much I care about these people and how blessed we are to know them. My experience with His Unlimited was great! I was in constant contact with Paul for the most part and Jay at other times, but both of them were awesome people who were always ready and willing to help me with any and all questions and help I needed assistance with. Great service, nice and respectful people! I highly recommend His Unlimited! They were great landlords.
