Publicly ridiculing or belittling tenants on social media is not only inappropriate, but it reflects poorly on how management likely handles real concerns behind closed doors. I’m not the tenant you’re talking about. What is true: Gateway has multiple units with recurring pest and maintenance problems. If you want fewer 1-star reviews, start by fixing the properties instead of blaming tenants.

I have been a tenant now sends 2019 and anytime there is an issue. They have an amazing maintenance team that immediately gets on anything that happens. They care about their tenants. They help us when we need help or they direct us where we can get help. I have nothing but good things to say about them and. Tyler and Alexa are such genuine, kind, helpful people they're understanding work with you in anyway, you need them to help they're there they actually really care I couldn't ask for a better Landlords or his staff from the people in the office to the maintenance crew. That's why I've been here so long and I wouldn't wanna go anywhere else and if I do, hopefully I have the same Landlords
