Beautiful neighborhood with beautiful homes. I cannot wait to make this place my new home!

Cute neighborhood. Good for 1st time home buyers. Quiet, diverse neighborhood. Maintained nicely. Mix of owners and renters. Seasoned buyers would probably look elsewhere. Wish it was closer to more shopping (non grocery) and dining, but there are a few options.

Bought a house in Hinton farms from them. Please save your hard earned money and stay away from this builder. Houses are built with paper. I mean literally such low quality construction and material used. You could hear clearly people talking from two room down. Walls are like paper. Had so many issues in our first year of living here. Should be selling and moving out of this junk soon.

So far so 👍 good! Closing earlier than expected! **Update** Closed 12/31 6 months later still missing punchlist Items. No response after email after email after text after text after email. I have now sought legal counsel. Make sure they follow through on EVERYTHING they say.

A lovely subdivision. Family friendly. Nice houses. There is acommunity pool 😜 A visit worth.
