Hinch-Crowley Realty Associates

I have been a tenant of theirs for a couple of years now. I think they have good quality apartments, an awesome owner (Rob) and a really nice property representative (Holly.) I haven't had any real issues since commencing tenancy with these folks. My only real serious complaint is with their director of compliance - Pierrette Boutin. She is a tad bit aggressive. I have had to challenge her ways a few times by climbing up a little above her on the ladder since beginning tenancy, because I feel like she goes from 0 - 100, at times, as far as things related to your tenancy. I was successful and have had no further issues. Not a huge deal, but still worth the mention. If you are looking for an apartment, I do think you should rent through these folks. Nancy is amazing. She gave us a tour of some of the apartments we were interested in even though it had started to snow and it was growing dark. I think that says something about a company, and I hope to stay connected with Hinch-Crowley Realty. Thank you for the amazing tour.

Robinson 18 canal st apt 1. He did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to have here. Highly recommend. Also had the pleasure of having Dwight here to fix our mice problem and he went beyond what I expected. A very professional and sweet man. Great addition to your maintenance team

I had the best experience Today with Jhon Marin today he was a breath of fresh air and he was thorough and respectful and I have a bunch of kids and he explained his work and taught my son and showed him how to do things. I am so grateful he did go above and beyond to assure my stuff was done and safe and secure for my children and I I can’t express enough how much I appreciate him and the work he did at our house for me and my kids today. Thank you for having workers like him !!!! :)

I’ve been living in my apartment a little over a 8 years. When Hinch and Crowley took over it was a breath of fresh air. If I have any issues they come out asap to fix the issue. I tend to speak with a very strong and confident sweet woman Pierrette. If there is ever an issue she goes to work immediately on dealing with anything and everything she even checks in with us down the road to make sure we are all set. It was so nice that they do annual property inspections. Most property managers wouldn’t put that time and effort in. I’m highly impressed with the crew at Hinch and Crowley. They are wonderful to work with.
