When I stayed back there a tree was in the middle of the driveway bust my window try talking to her about it but her husband act like he run the property and was talking crazy to me so I can keep my place I did tell him anything they don’t keep up with anything I move from there in November 1,2023 and I asked Ms.green about my despot and she said she mailed it it’s now January and I still don’t have it I never got my move out paperwork nothing when I call my number is blocked can’t ask nothing about my money Ms.Green is in there taken people money someone need to call me about this matter I wouldn’t give them one star not even a half but I had to put something to post

There’s shootings in the parking lot almost every single month maybe 2 times a month there’s people who walk around with guns in their waist line cameras don’t work or either the managers don’t care what goes on the management here is terrible and very unprofessional and they take forever to fix something that needs worked on like A/C units sinks literally anything u can think of and on top of that... They use to have security guards in the front patrolling now they don’t

It isn't fair our toilet was clogged and now they trying to charge us for the plumber coming out to fix our toilet for 216.00 and I'm disabled and I'm on a fixed income is that right we should have to pay for maintenance when they are responsible for that and we should not be responsible to pay for that bill since when are the poor tenants responsible for that

I lived in Himbola for 2 yrs now. It went through a lot of different managers however the ones we have now are trying they're best. I do believe this place can be better but not whenever no one can talk to each other without the extra disrespect on both parties (resident&management) My family and I struggle but we always find a way to make it. The office was so backed up in paperwork that I wasnt able to get the amount of my rent. By the time I did get the actual amount I had to pay back Rent from January to March which is 600$ plus some. How is this my fault when I called the office many times and gave them my check stubs that MANAGEMENT lost? I have 4 kids. No food assistance. No job. Is this a plan to kick me out like Ms. Shawnette did many times with others? Need Answers

Himbola Manor Apartments, Use to be a safe place to live with your kids ,Now its March 2018 And they had shooting and sometimes a person dies, And its sad I lived here for 16th years me and kids And we had to move, Cause It has gotten real bad. The apartment we live in was nice and clean, And kept us all these years, But it's not safe anymore, And it was always gatto, You have to aspect that, its low income, But I won't put up with it being not safe anymore, Hope this was helpful to someone wanting to move here.
