Hilltop Village Co-Op

Hi, Rather than getting into all the details of what happened during my purchase with board and management. I’ll keep it simple — I would suggest considering other options in the city. It may save you both time and money during the purchase and special selling time, don’t ever waste your $1 on fuel to look at any of this buildings of this management.

I moved here in 2012. These co-op s are very clean, neighbors are friendly. Its very quiet. When I'm in my co-op sometimes I think well, where is everyone am I the only one on my floor today? The maintenance crew are awesome, if you have something that needs repairing they will come when they say their coming. They don't say we coming and never show up. They are on point, reliable! The landscaping is so beautiful. It reminds me of the Botanical Gardens. My hobby is photography and you can catch me out side every once in a while taking pictures of the flowers, myself using a tripod or even taking pictures with my Friends. I love it here!

The clerk from management company is very rude and nasty. If the sensor of the entrance door doesn't work, the office asks to pay to reactivate it. Only thing Hilltop village does better is making you pay for services after the monthly maintenance fee.

I have a very good friend that lives in this development and every time I've ever gone there it's very quiet very well kept the Landscaping is absolutely beautiful if I didn't own a home I would try to buy a co-op in this development cuz it's really nice

Beautifully kept. Grounds are ammaculate. Very affordable cooperative development, with strictly enforced rules. No subleasing or smoking in units.
