Hilltop House

I lived at the Hilltop House for just over 2 years. Eloisa the manager is absolutely wonderful. Anytime she saw me walking in the parking lot she always addressed me by name. I also liked how she decorated the office with the seasons and encouraged the community to gather. The maintenance crew were also amazing. Quick repairs and very personable, friendly and professional. They have a locking gate around the community and a pool which I loved.

Few things about this place. They will raise your rent at the end of your lease and by the time you leave there will be 200+ difference from when you moved in. There were two different managers while I lived here both equally frustrating. The posted office hours are not reliable and more than likely closed seemingly whenever they feel like it. Manager will toss around eviction in petty disagreements with renters and than back pedal. Parking is a nightmare and the only gate you can walk through without the clicker is broken half the time witch is a major fire hazard. The neighbors are great and welcoming (easily the best part about the complex. My final straw was the bugs. a good place if you're struggling to find a place but see it as temporary as you'll be priced out fast.

Lived here for years I pay my rent on time as usual. I've seen the landlords come and go. Place has is ups and downs. I don't mind a few things but one.. the smoking.. people smoking in the apartments. The odor comes through the vents. It gets everywhere . Clothes, bedding, etc.. I've gone to the extent to writing emails to texts message but Nothing being done. If you like cigarette smells and loud music all hours of the night place is for you

I’ve just moved into this apartment complex, and I’m really impressed! The environment is calm and peaceful, and everything is well-maintained. The property manager is friendly, bilingual, and always available to assist. I’m looking forward to my time here!

These apartments are like third world countries. Power goes out if you use outlets, leaking faucets, broken draws,roaches everywhere because they do not spray the covers after they told us to move are items from said shelf all the spray is the floor of where you sleep and the living room floor almost like they are intentionally poisoning people, they have family members staying here fighting with other neighbors also playing loud music, people smoking indoors, they even started charging people for parking, if you want a bird feed outside they want money for that as well. It also says no pets allowed but I've seen pets in other neighbors' apartments, the place is falling apart inside and outside.
