We've really enjoyed living here. The space is beautiful and the maintenance staff are prompt and helpful. The buildings are clean and the staff responsive. I especially really want to highlight Rob, he works in the front office and has been an absolutely pleasure to work with. We had an issue with wasps getting into our apartment at one point, and he was always happy to help us, and even came out a few times to look for where they could be coming from. His kindness and care for the residents is always clear, and I'd like to highlight that that's one of the best parts about living here.

They continue to rent to people who very intentionally violate their lease. They do not have any consequences for this

Be ready to live with mice problem. Unless you are early goers to bed you will hardly notice, we work late and this has been a constant issue. Management is off zero help, all they did is to stuff iron mesh to where they feel might be a entry point and they really didn’t care to put an end to an issue it’s always a temporary fix. We had trapped more than 10mice over a short period until we took matters to our own hand. We recently got our dishwasher replaced, when they pulled out the old one we realized what kind of a place we were living in..full of mice dropping and was filthy, I wish I didn’t delete that picture but will add one incase I find it from my library. They advertise with these new pictures on their portal only to attract new comers, don’t give a damn about existing one. We ha

I have lived here for just about 5 years now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The management/staff are incredibly welcoming and supportive. The building I live in is very quiet and most of the neighbors are very friendly. My favorite part about living here is how convenient the location is, 5-10 min commute to work/school. Maintenance is easy to get ahold of and they’ll fix just about anything. Highly recommend Hilltop!!
