Hilltop Apartments

I hate to leave bad reviews but this has to be stated. I applied to this place on October 21st and have been waiting until now for a response. I had to keep going up to the office to get a response because Ms. Long would not respond to my emails consistently or hardly ever answer the phone. At this point I don’t believe my application was ever submitted. I ended up applying to another apartment and getting approved within 2 days and had my lease within 7. The lack of communication and poor management is truly sickening. As someone who was very friendly and also tried checking in when she was sick for a few days, I do not understand stand why I had to be treated so poorly. I should’ve listened to the reviews and the residents when they stated that the property manager isn’t the best.

I've been waiting since July for my application process. I've been trained in Leasing Consultant by the LTA, and this does not look like what I was taught. You can not get a straight answer, no one is ever available and it does not take this long to view an application. It can be done in a weeks time if everything is in place. I provided everything they asked for in record time, but still no communication. I reached out to corporate, still no response. I heard it was supposed to be a great community but I have yet to get that feeling.

I have been living here for a month now, and overall, it has been a great experience. Aside from the usual adjustments that come with apartment living, I have no complaints. I would like to extend a special shoutout to Porche for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I began the leasing process, she was prompt, professional, and incredibly efficient. Her knowledge and dedication to ensuring a smooth move-in process made all the difference. Any time I have had a question or needed something addressed, Porche has responded quickly and resolved it without hesitation. Did a open house and, the experience was amazing. Porche helped me days before the open house on what I needed to bring. Janae was very welcoming, and helped me with the application process and interview. The apt was great and I look forward to hilltop being my new home very SOON 🏡.
