Hilltop Apartments

Been here for a few years now and i must admit it's gotten way better with the new people in office. Ricksy and Mia and all the other new staff have been a major help with everything. I just wish parking in the lots can be better .. sometimes looking for parking after a long day of work can be annoying.

Office lady’s are super sweet and the maintenance guys are always just a call away

The lady in the office is so nasty. And lazy I visit my family that lives there and they never fix anything or spray like they should. I was trying when the spray person came they did the kitchen that's it this lady is always trying to get her family in here and trying to get others kicked out and always changing for things like a air conditioner that is sitting on the floor that's not being used. She hangs out in the complex after work that's not right. Scranton housing needs to clean this place up. She always saying they can't move anyone to a bigger apartment because of cvoid u got people living here with 2- 3 kids in a 3 bedroom 🤬

Apartments are trash, people for themost part are decent but a decent amount of bad apples live there. Management changes constantly, so little to no long term consistency. The maintenance crew is pretty good, though. Pretty quick to get things fixed once reported.

Apartments are very liveable actually quite nice. It can be rough & tough after dark, I visit a friend living here. I know a lady visiting here rarely transits in or out after dark and too many issues with police going there due to actions happening on site occasionally.
