This complex is beautiful and kid friendly with a park in the complex and another park 30 seconds away in the huge field.

It used to be a really beautiful place, but need to do better background check specially when it comes to young people with children or without children, it has made the development become very not safe place to live when background check is not properly done

The staff are rude. Don't care to do their jobs. Will catch an attitude for having to do something simple. They don't follow their own rules. They give you fake warnings about towing you if youre in the way for plowing. Which they don't do most of the time or they wait a few days after the snow to bother with it. They don't salt the sidewalks and when they do, there's so much of it you can barely see the actual sidewalk. If you put in complaints for valid reasons, they will try to find ways to evict you rather than actually deal with the situation. The apartments are fine if maintenance actually kept up on them.
