Hilltop Apartments

Absolute five stars across the board. Morgan was extremely friendly, helpful and honest from the beginning and really made the place feel like home. She was quick and responsive and answered all questions :) Travelled all the way from the west coast and looked at nearly twenty different places—Hilltop was the very clear stand out. Thanks!

Hi! I moved here in the summer time and I can tell you that the amenities are great, the pool with the view is something else, maintenance is always willing to help, and the whole place is comfy and warm. You will love it here!

Update: I just wanted to add that now that I live here, I feel the exact same! The first week of move in was tough and I had some bank issues and Morgan was able to help me figure out what to do. I had a maintenance request and it was responded to promptly. Most recently, I had a question about the pet policy and Scott was able to help me in a very fair and prompt manner! Really have no complaints, and the area is great on top of it. Feels very safe—I accidentally left my door unlocked once and left a package out and both times everything was totally fine! Lots of families and young people. Great community, I’m very happy with my decision and with Towne Properties! Morgan Robbins was absolutely amazing! The tour was lovely and her energy was so nice! I’m so pleased with my experience at Hilltop throughout the moving process. Let me start off by saying I’ve done hours upon hours of researching, calling, touring and reading reviews of apartments in the area. My husband and I had a terrible experiences with a different apartment in the area - so many RED flags. We were feeling pretty burnt going into our tour with Morgan but she was just a ray of sunshine. Morgan has been so unbelievably incredible. She’s super responsive and provides accurate information quickly. Not only is she amazing at her job but she’s just super fun to be around. I’m very particular about things like appliances, storage, layout, and flooring and the Hilltop checked all my boxes. We’re very excited to move in and feel so much peace knowing we made the right decision

I moved here in August, and I am very satisfied with the professionalism of the community and the leasing office. Morgan and Scott work well together and they do an excellent job maintaining a good and safe community.
