THIS PLACE CONDONES ANIMAL CRUELTY!!!!!!! NEVER PUT YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY SPAY FOAMED AN ACTIVE BAT COLONY INSIDE THE WALLS OF THEIR COMPLEX INSTEAD OF REMOVING THEM HUMANELY. NOT ONLY IS THAT INSANELY CRUEL, IT WOULD HAVE CAUSED A HORRENDOUS ODOR OF 100s OF BAT CARCASSES ROTTING IN THEIR WALLS. GENIUSES!!!! PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

The outside of the buildings are disgusting..Broken stairs, chipped paint, really dirty, spiderwebs and dog poop all over the place. Parking lot has pot holes everywhere.Broken and filtthy mail center. Laundry room only has one working machine and closes at 4 pm. Dumpsters are always overflowing and have people digging through them every night.. residents leaving Broken furniture, trash, beer bottles, and old food outside of their units. Inside the unit. No outlet in the bathroom. Broken outlet covers, black mold growing on vents in every room, decaying cabinets that have been painted over, oven was filthy and the bottom door is broken, bathtub is all scratched up and has been painted over. Seems like if something is dirty, or broken they just paint over it they just paint over it. Cracked

they turn off the water for days at a time and when you ask them about it getting turned on they yell at you for bothering them. this incident has occurred multiple times since i moved in April. i recommend not moving here at all

To the guy with the dog the CONSTANTLY BARK FOR HOURS next to BLDG J, PLEASE CLOSE YOUR DOOR! - tenants that don't want to hear it!!!

I've been a resident for a couple years now and I have to praise the new management both GM & Associates for their kick ass initiative to improve the community and customer relations to higher standards. Thank you both who make an extremely high stress job look like cake walk,keep it up,and I hope I speak for all the residents when I say,we'll do our part to achieve success in a better community... Highly recommend stopping in to speak with Bri...
